kind staff generous breakfast tram noise broken bathroom
The front desk staff were very kind. elif and dogekun were helpful with our room stay. Our anniversary was acknowledged with a special dessert. we also enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet
the hotel was noisy. tram and masjid noise did not leave us alone!

The hotel location was convenient. It was near the tram. This made getting around easy. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found the room service to be thorough and clean.
My room was noisy at night. A ventilator behind the wall made sleep difficult.

stocked minibar complete breakfast fitness machines
My room included a stocked minibar and a television with many channels. The included breakfast had many options. I also used the fitness center and found several machines for a complete workout. The hotel location provided easy access to key sites.
The elevator took some time during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet included a broad selection of pastries. Hot dishes were available, and coffee and tea were always fresh. I noticed gluten-free options were present, too.

The fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel provides a business center, and there are computers with internet access. I saw the pool area, and it had twenty loungers.

Staff at the front desk were helpful with directions. Housekeeping maintained the room daily, so everything was super clean. They even gave local tips.

The hotel is near a tram stop, I saw it. This makes transport easy. The Grand Bazaar is within a short walk, I walked there. Many restaurants and shops are also nearby.

really good services are provided

i appreciate the staff help, they was very courteous. julia supported with anything i needed and the reception offered bring my luggages up when i need go somewhere. the interior have one of the best designs. the room was also big and it was neat.
the gym was not big enough to fulfill all the customer requirements, so i hope the hotel can fix this.

the room included a spacious layout with modern decor. the beds has comfortable linens and plenty of pillows. the bathroom had a large countertop area with lots of space.

the reception desk was quick and efficient. housekeepers always make sure that the rooms are nice. the bellhops helped with the luggage and transportation arrangements.

smoke smell high minibar prices
the location is pretty good since it is near the tram station.
The room i got smelled strongly of stale smoke, though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. It was annoying. the minibar prices were outrageous. I mean, 30 euro for a small glass of wine? the hotel charged a 100 euro deposit at check-in then refunded it back to my card, instead of cash as they told me.

many food choices easy transportation friendly staff clean room
The breakfast offered many food choices. The tram was close to the hotel, made travel easy. The staff were friendly. They answered any questions I had. The room was very clean, I found no dirt anywhere.
The elevator smelled a little.

The hotel is close to many interesting spots, accessible by foot. This includes the bazaar. Transportation options near the hotel make it easy to explore various areas of the city. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

Breakfast featured a rich, freshly prepared spread suitable for all tastes, I was impressed. The restaurant provided professional service, especially Nazli. She was very helpful. There was a good variety of options for breakfast.
