My room included a stocked minibar and a television with many channels. The included breakfast had many options. I also used the fitness center and found several machines for a complete workout. The hotel location provided easy access to key sites.

The elevator took some time during peak hours.

i appreciate the staff help, they was very courteous. julia supported with anything i needed and the reception offered bring my luggages up when i need go somewhere. the interior have one of the best designs. the room was also big and it was neat.

the gym was not big enough to fulfill all the customer requirements, so i hope the hotel can fix this.

smoke smell high minibar prices

the location is pretty good since it is near the tram station.

The room i got smelled strongly of stale smoke, though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. It was annoying. the minibar prices were outrageous. I mean, 30 euro for a small glass of wine? the hotel charged a 100 euro deposit at check-in then refunded it back to my card, instead of cash as they told me.

The breakfast offered many food choices. The tram was close to the hotel, made travel easy. The staff were friendly. They answered any questions I had. The room was very clean, I found no dirt anywhere.
